Photography Services Agreement

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a photography session with Liz Ho Photography.

I understand that:

• Photography is an artistic service, and final images are created using the photographer's professional judgment and editing style.

• I have reviewed the photographer's portfolio and understand the style of photography and editing I can expect.

• I grant Liz Ho Photography permission to photograph me and anyone included in my booking for the scheduled session.

• If minors are participating, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian, or I have authority to provide consent on their behalf.

Optional Model Release

I understand that Liz Ho Photography may wish to use photographs from my session for marketing and promotional purposes.

I understand that:

• My decision will not affect the quality of service I receive.

• I may revoke this permission in writing for future use; however, images already published may not be removed from printed materials or previously published content.

• No additional compensation will be provided for the use of approved photographs.
